I paid for a website that was originally to be set up within a few days. After two weeks, and no website, I tried to cancel the service. Within another 3 weeks, the company sent a USPO package which was supposed to have been sent the first week. I tried to cancel and through MANY phone calls was told that Sheila was to be the person who did that. When I finally talked to her, she denied any responsibility and passed the buck on.

When I filed a dispute for debit card refund with Edward Jones, Mike Green of UBS finally called me. In a 3-way phone conversation, he told Ms. Barbara Defedelto of PFPC Financial Services group the he would return the money if I would cancel the dispute request. The dispute was cancelled, but the MONEY was NEVER RETURNED. By the time a new dispute was requested for the refund, the company had gone ahead and set up a web site. This was 3 months after the original request and they used that as evidence that they "had delivered".

There were Heather, Jeanine, and Sheila, who all told me, in various phone conversations that they were unable to handle the matter. I was repeatedly put off, until this Company could come up with a way to make themselves look they had delivered.

Everyone in this company lies about their services, and no one takes responsibility for their own action. TOTAL RIP-OFF Company!!!
