On 12/21/2003 I ordered the ultimate chopper. I did received it in about 2an half week.after my first use I dont no how the blade broke into several parts I do not know if it was cracked I really dont no. so I did call since it was only a week. things like that is 30 days money back guranteed.
So I called each time I call I have to speak to different people. Since from 12/21/2003 its being 05/25/2004. you people can imagine how dipressed I am. It cost me money its not free. $80.00. people work so hard for living I dont know why people are hear who do frud or lie. So I ask one of my friends to help
me solve this problem. I am in this country for 4 years. Dont know much about this consumer or the reports. I do have some other numbers that I recived while call those people and they give me this numbers to call to this department or talk to customer
service.
I hope that you people will help me by finding the culprits and giving them the lesson. I really Appreciate that this company is doing this. thank you so much.
