Complaint Review: Ultimate 3D Printing Store

Ultimate 3D Printing Store U3DPS Roy Kirchner Refused to pay invoice despite contractual obligation Odessa Florida

Roy Kirchner, CEO, Ultimate 3D Printing Store (U3DPS) signed a contractual work agreement with my company, Blue Nova DC (BNDC).

After being consistently late on paying invoices, and even lying that he had paid one when he ultimately had not, Roy removed BNDC access to the accounts we were managing for him. I asked him why we no longer had access, and heard nothing back. Given his continued failures to demonstrate professionalism, I assumed he might be trying to Flake on paying his bills. I then sent him a reminder that he is still contractually obligated to give 30 days notice of the cancellation of our work agreement, to which he replied that he was giving his notice of cancelation of the work agreement.

Roy was then given a final invoice that included all unpaid costs as well as those for the final month of service. Roy once again displayed his unprofessionalism by replying with a joke about "bankruptcy". I have followed up multiple times since, and neither he nor his team respond to my communications anymore.

Roy/U3DPS made the decision to take advantage of 3rd party employees working to benefit his company, then flake on paying them for their help. This is why this report is being filed.

You literally threatened us. How is this not a threat:

"You want to play with fire, Roy Boy? Then let's play, little p*ssy. Pay your debts, cheap f**k."

Only a thug reacts like that. I get that the company believes you did not meet your obligations and, apparently, you think you should be paid regardless, but if I missed a payment to my credit card one month, the bank doesn't follow up by email blasting my family with clear and obvious threats, calling me a p*ssy and a cheap f*ck and threaten to attack me on every internet platform, smear my reputation, and harass my friends.

Mr. Tyson, there is a professional way to business in America. I don't owe you the money so I can't debate that, but there is literally a dozen better ways to go about collecting legitimate monies due--a simple phone call, a collection notice, one of the many collection services out there, arbitration, small claims court, etc.

You don't jump straight to setting someone's house on fire. You are clearly unhinged and, frankly, scary sir.

Yes, Roy, the entire world can see that you're taking an everyday turn of phrase and attempting to manipulate it to mean something other than exactly what I repeatedly explained it to mean: You don't pay your debts, you will face SEO consequences. And, seriously - you couldn't even keep up the lie that you are "just an employee" for more than 1 message?! You really do make it easy to pinpoint you as a liar when you lie on a public forum. You have now engaged in both Fraud and Libel on this forum in just 2 posts -- do you wish to continue? Let's have a look at professionalism. Despite you ignoring invoices habitually, you once went so far as to blatantly lie, in writing & imagery (see attached), that you had paid when you ultimately hadn't!

What happened (all 2020): 11/15: I invoice you for $4,575 11/25: I have to follow up because you habitually ignore invoices, and you ignored this one 11/25: You send me a screenshot of a click-to-confirm page on from Chase bank 12/01: I go into our bank account to pay the employees I have working for you and.... You still hadn't paid! So I email with a new invoice for you to fill after being delinquent on payment again, and a new pay period having passed 12/02: I email Again, asking what the status is 12/02: You finally show me a Chase Confirmation (rather than click-to-confirm) page and the bill is finally paid To be clear, I use Chase as well so I knew immediately you were showing me a click-to-confirm page rather than a confirmation page, BUT I never imagined that you'd be so pathetically cheap (and unprofessional ;) to lie about paying contractors that are working for you. And look at those pictures - even when treated in a professional manner, you're still a scumbag! Are all Arete Syndicate members as sleazy as you are? #PayYourDebts

Read a Contract Before You Sign It

Empty libelous statements like "being afraid that I'll show up with a gun at your door" does not change the terms of your agreement. I never threatened anyone and I'm not going to dignify your ridiculous statements otherwise.

If you had issues with the terms of the agreement, you should have said as much before signing it, answered any of my calls trying to develop our working relationship, and/or given notice of cancellation (as required in the contract) before ghosting us.

He said/she said ultimately comes down to what's on paper. What's on paper is that you owe $9,677. Pay it and we will be done.

Afraid of Volatile Blue Nova DC Owner!

Hi. The reason no one has responded to Mr. Tyson is because of his outrageous, threatening behavior. I am an employee of Ultimate 3D Printing Service responding anonymously to this because I am truly scared this guy might show up at my door one day.

Douglas Tyson's company, Blue Nova DC, consistently failed to provide the marketing services promised. When our company decided to terminate our agreement, Mr. Tyson appears to have thrown a libelous temper tantrum. From what I can tell, it is true that a snarky "bankruptcy" comment was made after repeatedly telling Mr. Tyson we would not pay for services not rendered. Mr. Tyson's response, however, is truly scary.

Rather than attempt to find resolution or follow standard Collections process, or contact his bank, or even a lawyer, he email blasted our organization with this:

Hello Roy,

Despite your insistence on being one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of working with, I ultimately don't care which of the 2 options below you decide to follow:

  1. You will have paid the Final Invoice, in full, of $9,677 by end of day 1/19, 2 weeks from now, and we will be square.
  2. You decide not to pay the amount you have a signed legal agreement to pay, and then you can rest assured I know exactly what measures to take to appropriately & deservedly impact your digital reputations, on all platforms, as well as your credit score; and the impact upon your reputation will cost you FAR more than $9,677. And then, of course, you will still have to pay us $9,677.

Choose wisely.

Doug"

Roy.

I came up with a good name for you, impotent boy. "ROY BOY"! Now watch closely as I create a Google Trends report so that any time a  "Roy Kirchner", "U3DPS", or "ultimate 3d printing store" page or video shows up online, I will make sure there's a reference to impotent Roy Boy!

You want to play with fire, Roy Boy? Then let's play, little p*ssy.

Pay your debts, cheap f**k.

Hello U3DPS employee,
You work for a self-obsessed, unbelievably egotistical, incompetent joke of a CEO. He would rather gamble his company and your jobs on NOT paying contractors that do work for him and you. He was given multiple warnings if he chose to renege on his contractual agreement, and in response he told a joke about "bankruptcy" and then cowered like a little boy hoping the bad man will go away.

The bad man is not going away. Google recognized RipOffReport.com, bbb.org, Complaintsboard.com, and consumeraffairs.com have all received SEO-ending reviews that will soon be live. And we are just getting started.

Crappy management will end U3DPS. I am telling you this so you get out before your CEO decides to stop paying your checks as well.

Best of luck"

...I don't know this guy. I'm just an employee here. I don't really care about this Doug Tyson's paid or unpaid bill. I am terrified this idiot might show up at my workplace with a gun or, worse, track down employee addresses and start showing up at people's houses ranting like a lunatic.

There is a way to professionally resolve collections issues, but harassment of an entire organization's employees is not it.

Why on earth would he expect a response to this, other than to be sued for lible and harassment?

I truly fear for any other customers of Blue Nova DC. They apparently run their company like the mafia.
