I ordered the Still Standing Series on DVD for a total cost of $185.00 on December 4, 2007. I repeatedly tried to call, e-mail or instant message through website. I spoke with someone twice and through instant message twice. No answer to my e-mails. It was a constant runaround about backorder. I wanted the dvds and could not find them anywhere else so I waited. Then I started to get mad and told them to give me the $185 back. NO ANSWERS TO THAT ONE> I then found that they moved to another website with the same advertisment for Still Standing. How can they advertise if they can't send me my item I paid for?

Then I went searching on the internet to report fraud. I found Ripoff Report and saw that another person had the same problem with this website and ordering. It was a repeat of my story. I was wrong in using my debit card. I should have used a credit card and they could have lodged a dispute and refunded my money.

I will never do that again, but I should be able to find out the physical address and company phone number through some service on the internet so I can serve them with papers for what they are doing to not only me but I am sure there are lots more out there. Why did they change websites? Because they are guilty. I also believe there is a third website out there.

When I bombarded them with e-mails, they sent a e-mail stating that the item was sent through Canada Post and gave me a tracking number. I checked that number for over a week, but Canada Post had no record of it. I am sure they will continue to change websites now that I see several people have reported two of the websites.
