Ultimate DVD Shop My order has been backordered for 2 months, when trying to call, all i get is a recording. The amount for my orders has already been processed.As of February 8, I have not received my purchases. Internet

I placed 2 orders through this company. These items came up through my e-mail that they were on backorder. I have not been able to talk to a real person in 3 weeks.

When I call, all I get is a recording to call back in a few hours. My 2 orders have already been processed. Now, they have my money, but I do not have my items. And they have my credit card numbers!!!

This began on January 8 of this year.
