Complaint Review: Ultimate Grant Secrets /grant Writing Express

I recieved an e-mail about free grant money. Pay for shipping and handleling for 3.95. No strings attached. When I recieved CD Rom put in computor I seen how hard it was to try & get free money, so I didn't use disc and on my next credit card statment they charge me for 74.95. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and now 3 months later they sent me a letter stating Ultimate grant showed proved that I was in the wrong, But papers that was sent to credit card company and forward to me shows an agreement that was never in the original contract when I purchased the free disc. The contract now states that I have 7 days to cancel or I'll be charge $74.95 per month. If that was the case in the begaining I would not even got the free Ultimate Grant Secret that would have been the catch ? Now I see how they are ripping off the consumer.You buy, you dont like ,you dipute and they throw in an agreement that was never their in the first place. Its like a catch 22. I'm still fighting this BEWARE !!!
