I turned off auto renewal after I purchased a one year subscription to the service, in September 2022.  This year, without warning, they took payment for another years subscription.  In addition, their terms of service states that they will send a reminder before taking subscription payment.  They did not do this.

I asked for a refund and they insist they sent me a reminder.  I asked for a copy of this reminder and they advised that they do'nt have it (but that they sent it).

Very unprofessional company.  Rip off.
