Complaint Review: Ultimate Import Auto Repair LLC

THEIR TURBO FAILED AND DESTROYED MY ENGINE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased two turbos for my Ford F-150 (SO-0501964). The driver's side turbo started making noise so I took my truck to my automotive shop and called Ultimate Import Auto LLC and talked to Dustin Allen Brown to have him send out a replacement Turbo since it was within their 12-month warranty (SO-0688356). When the mechanic replaced the turbo he let me know when the turbo failed it threw metal throughout my engine. He also let me know the passenger's side Turbo was failing also. The failed turbo destroyed my engine leaving me with a $13,000 bill to replace the engine in my F150. I called Ultimate Import Auto LLC again about the issue and Dustin said he would only replace the two bad Turbos and would do nothing about my engine that was destroyed by his faulty Turbos.

I was being reasonable and explained I was not expecting him to cover the entire cost of the repair, I was only looking for him to pay a fair portion.

I do not feel I was treated fairly as I purchased the Turbo's from Ultimate Import Auto LLC in good faith expecting them to be a quality product. Now I am left having to purchase a new vehicle for my family, and am left with a truck that has little to no value.

I could not be more disappointed with this company.
