Ultimate Iron Works DFW Poor Workmanship Godley , Texas
My report on this firm is one of disbelief. I am building a custom home and spent $10K on an entrance door to my new home. They installed the door and cracked one of the many pieces of glass in the door and refused to replace the glass. They also did not seal the door after installation. I had to hire another contractor to seal the door as well as replace the door. This company will not return my calls and needs to be put out of business for their poor customer service and quality of workmanship.

This company and the owner Richard Wallace have a reputation that follows them like oil slicks in the Gulf. He thinks he can take money, do nothing and then ignore phone calls and basically says too bad. Call me if you would like to join in on getting this clown and his wife Laura and there very profitable little business (Take the $$$$ and don't do any work) off the streets. He uses her job as a American Airlines Flight Attendant to get you comfortable and the takes the money and runs. You may reach me @ 214 763-6781 if you would like to join in.

First and foremost this company has been paid in full for the doors they installed. It's not Goodley it's Godley Texas. And yes, they have been to my home and installed my front door. I have receipts, not just air as in their response.
The company has numerous complaints of non-responsiveness to issues, as well as BBB poor satisfaction rating for poor workmanship and answering/resolving consumer complaints. I wish I had researched this prior to contracting these incompetent people. Shame on me for not doing my research and shame on this company for not doing their job.
For Reference sake the owners name is Richard, and was given ample opportunity to rectify the problem. I was warned by other door companies not to trust him but he had done some work at my previous residence and was satisfied with the work then and was approximately $8K.

godley texas??? we have never been in goodley texas. i find this report to be absolutely false, unfortunatelly we do have some customers who owe their final payment and this is my only guess as to why anyone would write this is to get out of paying their final draw??? also we do not have any doors for 10,000 dlls in our line of products. and last the glass has a 2 year factory warranty , it would not cost me a dime to replace the glass.we have been in buisness 7 years and have had our share of unscrupulous practices from our competitors who try to tarnish our reputation.
