This company is BOGUS! Please do not contract with them. They require that you complete a wire transfer directly into their bank. they have no intention of moving your vehicle. They prey on people who don't have time to deal with inequities so they keep their money. UL claims that they don't give refunds. The BBB is of little help, BUT if you contact the state transportaiton department, they will put pressure on the company to send a refund.
