Complaint Review: Ultimate Logistics Inc.

Shipped my vehicle overseas with this company. When I picked up my vehicle the inside was completely destroyed. So far the insurance damage is up to $8000.00. When I called the company, with possibly the worst customer service ever, I was briefed that it was not there problem since I declined marine insurance. I hope my insurance company sues their pants off!! Oh yeah, be careful with your final invoice as well. i was charged $35.00 postage for return of my original documents. The documents were never mailed back to me but were placed inside my vehicle instead. I see the F rating is very well deserved!!!
