Complaint Review: Ultimate Logistics Trucking

I too have had the same problem with this company. Although not an employee, I am very fed up with their practices. They are the second company I have been with to ship my F250 and for it to take over 4 months and 3 possible drivers is ridiculous.

I asked that they call and inform me when the vehicle would be picked up, but like in all other instances it would be weeks before hearing anything. The phone number I was givin to call with any questions just rings and no one ever picks up and there is no answering machine. I finally found another number and have been trying to keep tabs.

After 4 months they have now called again to say they have a driver, but didn't know when the vehicle would be picked up. The lady I spoke with that day said she would call the driver and get back to me asap, it is now day 4 after she said that and obviously I will have to follow up again.

I have not switched companies due to the fact that I am trying to ship an oversized vehicle and with the gas prices I realized it may take some time. But for it to take 6 months and two companies to not even move it is a bit ridiculous. I have however gotten quotes from other companies which are around the same price, so it shouldn't have been a problem.

I agree that this company should be delt with and actions should be taken!
