On 3/27/14, my husband and I bought a 2008 Mercedes ml cdi initially listed on E-bay by Ultimate Motorsports.  Ultimate motorsports declined the offer we made through E-bay but emailed me a counter-offer which we agreed to pay. we paid the non-refundable $500.00 deposit requested to secure vehicle which was charged to our credit card and processed over the phone on 3/27/2014. Per the E-bay listing, the vehicle  had many nice and expensive options such as air suspension, folding mirrors, CD-Changer, memory seats, etc. but we later realized the vehicle did not have such features/options. After we realized that, we  even contacted seller thru Ebay about missing options as per their listing but we heard no comments back. On 3/28/14, we Traveled about 5.5 hours from our home in Louisiana to the referenced dealership to pay and receive the vehicle which was clean and apparently had just been detailed. We noticed vehicle had a noticeable scretch by the left rear fender panel which was not diclosed in listing nor properly shown in photos on listing. Also, vehicle had the tire pressure monitor system busted, rear door lock was also busted, and vehicle did not have a navigation CD nor a Bluetueth connection.  Joe agreed to reimburse us for the navigation CD only. Per our purchase agreement with Joe, we emailed Joe the referenced receipt  many times and called several times on the navigation CD reibursement but we never received a check or any feedbacks at all.

Based on our experience dealing with them, I would advise anyone out there to be very cautios with ultimate motorsports. They can treat you with some respect and some consideration until they sell you a car. After buying from them, if you need to contact them they'll probably put you on hold till you get disconnected, they might also ignore your emails, or even get hostile, perhaps shouting over the phone: "if you are not happy, return the car, I will buy it back". I think Joe probably yells that only if you, like us, live hundred miles away, because they probably know how hard and time consuming that would be. In summary, I think there must be other people and other dealers who you might be better off doing business with.  I believe that  a low priced vehicle is no guarantee of a good deal at all.
