Complaint Review: Ultimate Natraceuticals LLC / 12-in-One Vitamins For Men

I purchased 1 bottle of the 12-in-one vitamins for men from their info-mercial for the tidy some of $29.95 and due the the special officer, I was to get 2 bottles for the price of one.

One Aug 13, 2008, they charged by credit card the $29.95. and then on Aug 14, 2008, they charged the credit card the same amount.

I called the company and was told all customers were automatically put on an auto-renewal/auto-ship program. I told them I was not wanting more than the original two bottles I ordered off the info-merical as I didn't know if I liked their product or not. The person-ette, cancelled my subscription but would not refund the 2nd @29.95 charge.

Now, this month, Sept 15, 2008, there is a charge from this same company for $28.95.

I have already requested a charge back from my credit card with the above infomation. Lesson learned ... don't buy from info-mercials!
