Ultimate Power Sales clearing Rip-off business through United Family Circulation Sugar Hill Georgia
I purchased an overpriced magazine as a gift for my mother on 9-7-02. After I agreed to buy the magazine the kid selling them told me about the $8 processing fee and that it could take up to 120 days to receive. I should have cancelled, but I was trying to help him out with some points for something. I think they were for college money.
Anyway, it has been four months, and my Mom has not received anything. I tried to call their "customer service" number on my receipt, but no one is there. The phone answers after about 15 rings, and a security code is requested. Since I don't have any such code, I was just simply disconnected.
I called information for Ultimate Power Sales, Inc, in Sugar Hill, Georgia, and the woman didn't even find a listing for Sugar Hill, Georgia, let alone Ultimate Power Sales, Inc.
I feel very foolish to have been taken on this scam. I will never buy anything from a door to door sales person again. I was just trying to help someone out. The magazine was clearly overpriced.
If anyone from this company could contact me with a valid customer service number, I would appreciate it. Perhaps if we actually received the magazine, at least then I will have just overpaid, and not been completely ripped off.
If I am not able to either receive my money back or get the magazine, I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau and to the appropriate state senators to ensure other people are not ripped off.

After numerous searches on the internet, I have found the correct information for this company.

If you call (770) 831-7733 you will get an automated system that give you the option to talk to various individuals. I pressed #1 and spoke to Caroline. She did confirm my order and I did receive the book I ordered weeks later! (Granted the book was WAY overpriced). I am very upset that I was scammed into buying this book. I do think that the salesperson that sold me the book was lying to me.
Finding this phone # was very difficult. It was NOT the same number that was printed on the receipt. If you call the (770) 831-7733 and press #1 for Caroline, you WILL get a live person. I have called her 3 times and she was very helpful.
In fact, I called today because I received a letter regarding a magazine that I did not subscribe to. I was able to contact someone in customers service. I do not understand why the company is listing a phone # that takes you in circles.

Like i told Tina try to look back on my last conversations with people this is from a company called USAfun, from USA funs make a long story short i used to be that for a day or 2. i cant get used to lying to people im not at all a liar at all but they travel around the country they have their website at usafun.net.
So anyways its drug money, party money, and everything bunch of college kids hun well similar ones. I turned them in so dont worry about it. I want them to be shut down its just run around.

I purchashed from this company.
I was receiving duplicate issues for one of the magazines that I ordered.
I contacted customer service at 770-831-7722 and was told to fax a copy of my receipt to 770-831-7040.
My suggestion is, if you are having problems reachingthem by phone, fax your information to 770-831-7040. Include all pertinent information including phone number.
My problem was resolved immediately!!
