A teenage boy 15-19 has been going door-to-door saying he is raising money for his soccer team to travel to San Diego for the National Championship. He could not name the club he played for or the league he was in, but eventually said it was part of the National Soccer Academy and his team was called the Strikers.

I searched the web and could not find his team nor any reference to a National Championship in San Diego. He also said he lived in the adjacent neighborhood and had just moved their from another school district (Wayne HS) which explained why none of the neighborhood HS age kids recognized him.

After reading the other Rip-off reports his story is similar. We could buy the books or donate them and have them delivered to a local school, etc. Of coarse, helping out a neighborhood kid is something most people are willing to do, so most of us are compelled to help out. However, if this Georgia company is recruiting help of teens in our area and telling them how to help them sell more product by scamming us, they should be shut down and prosecuted.

If you read the fine print on the order form, it says they have 4 months to deliver the product but they get your money up front.

His forms said Nationwide Subscriptions, Inc. on them with the following address and phone.
