Ultimate Textile Undisclosed Refund Policy Patterson New Jersey
We ordered 10 chair covers on Amazon. They arrived but did not fit. We returned them. We got a refund, but it was short $41.91. We requested the balance but were refused. We were informed, after the fact, that the company made its customers pay for return shipping and a 2-% restocking fee. This policy was not disclosed anywhere on the company's website nor on any of the pages from which we placed our order on Amazon. This company sucks!
