Complaint Review: Ultimate Van Lines & Discover Moving

This company seemed nice on the phone while quoting a price and lining things up. Then, they hired another company to do the move, and once things were on the truck, told us it would be 3 times as much! They were paid to pack and they threw everything in boxes upside down and didn't wrap things at all. They lied about everything, were hard to reach, bullies to communicate with, were nasty and rude on the phone, delivered late and almost everything was damaged or stolen. They don't answer calls and clearly don't care or have a conscience around any of their behavior.
