Horrible Company and will not answer the phone or return phone calls. They left with our stuff and now will not answer the phone. Their truck would not fit all of our stuff.

I am already in Houston and my wife and 2 boys (2 and 4) were meeting the movers and then coming down behind them.

They were supposed to arrive by 9:00 am on the move date. At 9:30 they called to try and move us to the next day. We told them we were scheduled for today and they needed to meet that date. They told us they would be there betweeen 10:30 and 11:00. At 11:30 we called to find out where they are and they told us they were delayed and would be there at 2:00 - 2:30. 3:00 rolled around and they were no where to be seen. We called people constantly usually only getting voice mail. Finally reached someone and they said the truck would be there at 6:30 pm and they asked if we would like to have it delivered in Houston the next day. Since all of our stuff was packed, we needed it immediately.

At 7:00, they did not show up and now we could not even reach voice-mail boxes. Finally at 11:30 PM, they showed up. They packed until 4:30 in the morning, but did not get all of our stuff as the truck was full.

They gave us another person to call and they would have another truck in the morning to pick up the remaining stuff. They would drive both trucks down together. It is that morning now and we cannot reach anyone. I am getting ready to call the State Consumer hotline.
