ULTIMATE WARRANTY COMPANY I CANCELLED MY VEHICLE WARRANTY IN JUNE OF '07 ULTIMATE WARRANTY LEFT ME WITH NO WARRANTY AND NO MONEY BACK ALMOST $2,000 AND ITS NOW OCT. I CALLED FOR THE 20TH TIME YESTERDAY AND GUESS WHAT I WAS TOLD "THE CHECKS IN THE MAIL" BY THIS FRI. I HAVE HAD NO WARRANTY SINCE JUNE AND NO MONEY BACK TO GO TOWARDS THE PRINCIPLE OF MY LOAN ON THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED ROCK RIVER Ohio

I BOUGHT A USED VEHICLE AT PARAMOUNT KIA OF ASHEVILLE NC AND WHEN I SIGNED THE PAPERS I HAD OPTIONS ON WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY I WANTED SO I CHOSE NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE. I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE IN MAY OF 2007. IN JUNE OF 2007 I DECIDED I WANTED TO PAY THIS VEHICLE OFF SO TO SAVE MY SELF SOME MONEY I DECIDED TO CANCEL THE WARRANTY. I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR AND WAS TOLD TO COME SIGN SOME PAPERS WHICH I DID

AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO SEE IF THEIR WAS ANY PROGRESS ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY DONT HAVE THE PAPERS I SIGNED SO I MADE ANOTHER TRIP AND SIGNED AGAIN. A MONTH LATER I CALL THE BANK I FINANCED WITH THEY STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING AS FAR AS MONEY BACK FROM THE WARRANTY.

I CALL ULTIMATE WARRANTY THEY SAY YES WE HAVE THE PAPER WORK BUT DONT KNOW WHEN WE ARE GOING TO WORK ON THIS CASE!! THIS WAS IN AUGUST OF 2007. AFTER MUCH HEADACHE AND CUSSING I CALL ULTIMATE WARRANTY YESTERDAY 10-10-07 AND WS TOLD THE CHECK WAS IN THE MAIL TO THE DEALERSHIP. I EXPLAINED TO THE LADY AT ULTIMATE WARRANTY HOW I FELT AND GUESS WHAT I GOT HUNG UP ON. SO PLEASE IF YOU HEAR THIS COMPANIES NAME RUN LIKE HELL!!!
