Ultimate Warranty Corp. I paid $2,299.00 for a worthless warranty!! Rocky River Ohio
I have a four year warranty with this company. The first time I tried to use it they tell me the company is being "remodeled". My car broke down while I was visiting my daughter in Kansas.. I don't have the money to pay $943.00 for throtle body repair on my 2003 Cadillac CTS. I had to return home for work with Greyhound (26 hours to travel a 11 hour drive). BIG FUN!
If anyone knows how I can get reimbursed Please tell me.

I am still trying to get my claim re-imbursed. Basically the company is in receivership which means all the rich Executives took 49 million dollars a few years ago from the funds that were supposed to pay for our car repairs. Then they said "Uh oh" and had to go to court to try to fix it, however they didn't. Basically all their personal assets were supposed to be liquidated to give money back to the Warranty Holders(me and you). From all I have read in the court documents online the rich people are now protected so we can't file a lien against them or take any legal action against the company. So yeah we're all just victims of the corporation yet again.
Two days ago I called them up to ask about the status of a claim I filed in Winter f
last year. They are covering a whopping $321 of the car's $2,500 repair bill. They
scammed me out of other things they were liable for by saying a fake agent had to come down and inspect my car. It could be 3 years or more until I am "reimbursed." The rich people win again and all of us LOSE.
I'm giving this link out to anyone interested. Basically it says the Warranty holders,
aka us poor peoples, are severely hurt and the rich people can run away:
