Paid $2800 for a warranty on BMW
Took car to BMW Dealership to repair air conditioner
While car was in shop, BMW attempted to contact Ultimate Warranty Corp for 10 days to file a claim, to no avail.

I finally got an email from Ed Anderson at Ultimate Warranty assuring me Ultimate Warranty would reimburse me the total repair bill plus rental car charges totaling $2160. I told the dealership to complete the repair and I paid the bill out of my pocket. I recontacted Ed and filed all the appropriate paperwork for my claim. He assured me the check was in the mail. I refiled all paperwork 3 times and still to this day have not received any response from Ultimate Warranty except to be told the last time I called their phone number that they were under investigation by the State of South Carolina via Risk Assets Management. I am now in the hole of almost $5000 and still have no warranty on my BMW.
