Ultimate Warranty Corp Rip off Warranty Rocky River Ohio
I am also a victim of Ultimate Warranty Corp. - Just found out that they have gone bankrupt and are in receivership. I am out $1500.00 and can not get my car fixed. I found this out by accident through the web that they went out of business. No one has never notified me.
If anyone knows that a Class Action has been brought against this Company I would like to know about it. Even though I'm not going to get my money back, it's just the satisfaction that something in being done.
