Complaint Review: Ultimate Warranty Corporation

Ultimate Warranty Corporation November 2007 I called and got approval to have work done to the fuel system on my car. I was told the company was in receivership & I had to pay for the repairs out of pocket & ultimate warranty would reimburse me. Whenever I call to check on my reimbursement, I am told that my case has been approved & they are waiting for the money to be released. I have not yet received my reimbursement. In November 2007 I called and got approval to have work done to the fuel system on my car. I was told the company was in receivership & I had to pay for the repairs out of pocket & ultimate warranty would reimburse me.

Every so often I call the 1-800-576-5113 (UW) number to find out when I will get my reimbursement check, I am always told that my case has been approved & they are waiting for the money to be released.

I was also told that they don't know when the company will release the funds. As of today 6/16/08, I have not received a penny from them.

I am wondering if I will ever get my money back.
