I bought a warranty from Ultimate through a person that I trusted.....I am sure the company has many good people working from them as Rep's as well as many good people at the dealerships where we buy this kind of service. It's sad that this company has tarnished so many good people with their poor service and lack of commitment to the customer. I cancelled my contract in May 07. Spoke with them several times....They mailed my check to the dealership (which he returned to them in a matter of days) and in the meantime, I call and speak with their wonderful staff Charlene and was told that I would have to wait another 4-6 weeks to get my refund. It has now been 5 months and no refund........My suggestion to all... file a claim with your local agency to put the pressure on companies like this.

Ultimate Warranty is Rip off of the worse kind........They not only ripped us off but think of the poor Acct Rep that has sold these to their loyal customers.....What kind of day do you think they are having.....I can tell you not good.....They have also impacted the dealer that has return customers who can't get their cars repaired.............Let's all take actions against this company to make them accountable to all those involved.

Please submit a complaint with the Attorney General's office in your area as well as the BBB.....Don't let them get away with this.
