Complaint Review: UltimateDVDShop.com

Ordered DVD set on 9/27 for 68.99 + 19.99 shipping. They sent an order confirmation email stating they had charged my credit card $95.32 and that shortly I would receive an order confirmation. I tried to contact them to complain that the order total should be 88.18, but the emails all came back as undeliverable and their web site disappeared. I left numerous messages on their phone line but none were answered and no person ever answered. I see now in searching for alternative contact info that several others have had similar experiences with this company. This company is obviously a rip-off and should be proscecuted.
