Complaint Review: Ultimatedvdshop.com

I ordered the Muppet Show and The Wonder Years box set from Ultimatedvdshop.com and when I never got a confirmation email about my order (as their site promises) I became concerned and tried to contact ultimatedvdshop.com.

I called their phone number and sent multiple emails. They were too busy to take my call or call me back. But they sure had time to charge my credit card $163.91 immediately following the order. I clicked on the LIVE CHAT option and after about an hour, a person came on and gave me a tracking number with the Canadian Post.

Of course it was not for a shipment coming to me. So, I continued researching and found dozens of online complaints regarding this and similar companies.

I am researching who hosts and provides their security certificate. The website ultimatedvdshop.com is registered with a company called Moniker (954-984-2867 Email: support@moniker.com) and I have advised this company of the fraud and put them on formal notice that they have a fraudulent site registered with them. I suggest as many people as possible flood this company with complaints. Perhaps they can do a better job policing their clients.

I have also filed a complaint with the FTC and the BBB.

I will update once I have more information. But I suggest that everyone who was ripped off contact Moniker, the FTC the BBB and write in a forum such as this.

I learned a valuable lesson today about online shopping. Too bad my mom and sons Christmas presents wont be under the tree.

DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!
