UltimateDVDShop This Company took my money and never gave me the items I ordered Internet
I bought seasons 1-3 of Beauty and the Beast tv show dvd through this company paid by credit card. Never recieved my dvds, they said they were back ordering it, this went on for a few months. I decided I did not want them, tried calling but got some hotel message machine. Tried e-mailing them and got no reply, been e-mailing every day for past month still got no reply. I want my money refunded to me. Can there be any thing done about this? can I get my money back?
