Michelle my name is Isaac I'm calling with the accounting department for alter car wash you had called us last week requesting a refund for a membership that you previously had him we understand the situation if your vehicle was involved in some sort of accident around April and you weren't able to use the membership past April and we did of course cancel your membership when you called us in August and we refunded the most recent charge that you received for the membership due to the situation unfortunately we won't be able to provide any more refunds as you know if you weren't able to use the membership and weren't wanting to receive any charges for it it is been your responsibility to call us and let us know so we can cancel the account prevent those charges on our terms and conditions to state that we don't refund for non-usage the refund we did process was as a courtesy due to the situation due to you being a loyal customer but we wouldn't be able to do any other charges apart from the one that we've already processed so we do apologize for that but if you still have questions feel free to reach back out have a great day…”
