ultra dry waterproofing ultra dry waterproofing Same as Mid Ohio Basement Solutions, High pressure and Scam Artists cleveland, macedonia, eastlake, mentor, bedford,, Ohio
This company is a front for there other failed companies. Tom Liotta and Robert Adkins (also has two alias Nick Liston & Nick Tasero) why the need for three names?
They have each owned multiple high pressure companies that have failed. The most recent one was Mid Ohio Basement Solutions, which has over 33 Better Business Bureau complaints in two years! They now continue to operate under a different names Ultra Dry Waterproofing or Ultra Dry LLC, to hide from past complaints and debts. Follow the following link to the bbb to see for your self,
http://www.bbb.org/akron/business-reviews/basement-waterproofing/ultra-dry-in-macedonia-oh-90018469 and the this link is for Mid Ohio, http://www.bbb.org/akron/business-reviews/waterproofing-contractors/mid-ohio-basement-solutions-in-macedonia-oh-183540589
Do your self a favor and do not fall for there continued scams. Neither of these men in my opinion have never even installed a waterproofing job themselves nor do they have ANY interest in there customers
satisfaction, quality, just want your money. They are full of lies, scams, B.S., and all of the regular high pressure tactics.

I just read your article. I only wish I had seen it sooner. I had my interior walls waterproofed in February. Nick wrote up the order and I felt the price was a fair one compared to other companies I delt with. They were here over 4 days and did 3 walls. They cleaned up the mess ( and it was messy) well. It was alot of work. I had an issue with water backing up thru my floor drain when my main line was clogged and Nick assured me he could fix this and prevent any sewage from entering by installing a back-flow preventer in place of my floor drain.
It consisted of a plastic pipe about 2 feet long and had a flap at one end and was capped. Well yesterday my line was clogged and guess what happened . Water was comming up from the capped back flow preventer. While reading about b/f preventers, many articles say they should be installed my licenced plumbers, this one was not. In all fairness, my basement is exterior is still dry and they did what they said they would. I only hope that it lasts. I am dissapointed that the B/F proventer was not properly installed and I am waiting to hear from Nick to see how this will be resolved
