I called Ultra Patios to schedule an appointment for a free in house estimate after my neighbor got her patio cover installed. The person that showed up to my door was Thomas Ferreri, he measured my back yard then he basically pushed his way into my home to "pitch me". He showed up with a binder full of pictures. What Mr. Ferreri didn't know was that I had been researching Patio Cover for the past few days. A lot of the pictures that he was showing off as his own projects other companies had them on their website. I questioned him on it and he blew it off. He was so pushy at the end that I honestly just wanted him out of my house!!! I felt so uneasy and I can feel how he was trying to manipulate me to sign this form that he called "estimate form" when in reality after reading it I found out it was an actual contract!!! Thankfully I got him to leave my house. The next day my neighbor comes over super mad. She said that our HOA just issued her a fine because the patio cover was never approved. Thomas Fileccia (her estimator AND owner of Ultra Patios) had told her that he was going to take care of it for her and she needed not to worry. Well he didn't take care of it. I went with her to the Clark County Building Department to make sure that it was at least permited. After about 3 hours of waiting they informed her that no her patio cover was never permited. She called the office number and after no answer we decided to pay Ultra Patios a visit. We went to the address on their website (10161 Park Run Dr. Suite 150 Las Vegas, NV 89149) only to find out it was a "virtual" office. Which we had no idea what that meant until they explained to us that Mr. Fileccia pays this generic office a monthly fee to allow him to use that address as his business address but in reality it is not his office!!! So after a little deeper investigation we found another address (xx S Pavilion Center Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135). This one turned out to be the address of an appartment complex!! Apperently Mr. Ferreri and Mr. Fileccia live in these apartments. I was not aware you could run a construction business out of an apartment! Finally Mr. Ferreri called my neighbor back and told her she didn't "need" her HOA approval and/or her permit he said not to worry. At this point she didn't belive a word he said and neither did I. We dug deeper into both of them and the things that we found out were pretty scary!! Mr. Ferreri has had multiple contractors licenses and they have all been revoked! He is actually banned from ever aquiring a license in the state of Nevada. Mr. Fileccia the "owner" does not have 35 years experience as his webisite claims! He recently moved to Las Vegas from New York where he worked doing fencing!
I am glad I never signed any contract with Ultra Patios and I'm glad I saw right through Mr. Ferreri when he came to my house. On the other hand my neighbor had to hire another company to engineer her patio cover so our HOA will approve it and it could be permitted. The company she hired said they have had to fix many patios that Ultra Patio built because they were not engineered right.
To ALL consumers out there STAY AWAY from Ultra Patios and specially Mr. Ferreri & Mr. Fileccia!! Stick with a company that is ligitimate has proper licensing, bonding and high monetary limits!! Sometimes going with the "cheaper option" turnes out to be a lot more expensive!!!

Please take notice that Ultra Patios, LLC ("Plaintiff") has initiated an action in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark, County, Nevada, cause number A-16-729861-C ("the Action"), due to allegedly false statements made by FrustratedHomeowner, the author of Report # 1267814, and "Doing my due diligence," the author of a comment to Report #1267814. In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to the Law Office of Hitzke & Associates at: 2030 E. Flamingo Road, Suite 115, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Plaintiff has served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identities. Plaintiff has further obtained an Arizona subpoena issued by the Clerk of the Superior Court of Arizona, County of Maricopa.

I was looking for a company to build the patio cover we want in our back yard. After seeing this report, reading the rebuttal from the company and doing a few google searches this is what I came up with. First it just took a few Google searches to see that this Mr. Ferreri is someone I do not want involved in my project. Second, the rebuttal did not clarify any of the information listed on the original post! Which probably means it's all correct information! Third, I personally checked on the addresses listed and info on original post is correct, they are working out of an apartment with a virtual (fake) office. Fourth, I read some of the "reviews" online and tried to contact the posters and surprisingly non replied to me, which makes me think that they are phony reviews! I did my due diligence and plenty of research and opted for a more trustworthy company. I highly suggest everyone do plenty of research before allowing any creep in your house!!!

Dear Ripoff Report, and Any And All Informed Consumers,
As stated on its website, one of the purposes of “Ripoff Report” is to protect consumers’ first amendment rights to free speech. The purpose of this correspondence is to provide a formal rebuttal to Report #1267814. Unfortunately, as set forth below, the report, filed by an anonymous user identified as “FrustratedHomeowner,” is nothing more than a slanderous (and unsubstantiated) attempt to attack Ultra Patios concocted not by a homeowner or even a consumer, but, rather, by a competitor who is unhappy that Ultra Patios provides a superior service in the Las Vegas area. As such, while Ripoff Report defense consumers’ rights, it is expected that Ripoff Report will also similarly defend a business’s rights in the wake of a simply untruthful report.
First and foremost, Ultra Patios, www.ultrapatios.com, is properly licensed, bonded, and insured with the Nevada State Contractors Board, and, further, provides both excellent, respectful, and prompt customer service as well as a quality product to its customers. Positive reviews can be found not only on its website, but on such search engines as Google Plus and on consumer-oriented websites such as BuildZoom, where Ultra Patios has a stellar rating of 121 and is rated in the top 5% of over 21,000 contractors in Nevada. Ultra Patios offers a personalized approach to meeting its customers’ needs, and, in reality, is a family-owned business dedicated to serving its customers. We are an official dealer for Alumawood, Elitewood, and Lion Premium Grills, and collaborate with other well-known vendors. In fact, in response to this fraudulent complaint, Metals Building Products, one of our vendors, has issued a letter outlining its relationship with Ultra Patios and directly and explicitly stating that it has never received any complaints from any consumer regarding the services provided by Ultra Patios.
That being said, any consumer reviewing Report #1267814 should note that it was filed anonymously. At Ultra Patios, we do take any consumer complaints seriously, and we look to resolve the same in a prompt manner because of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Relative to the fictitious report filed by the alleged “consumer,” our internet information department has identified that the report was not posted by a “consumer,” but rather by one of our competitors in the Las Vegas area. At this juncture, and due to the high level of integrity that Ultra Patios operates is business with, we will not disclose the name of the competitor, but, we challenge the “consumer” to contact us directly and/or reveal his identity and information on either this website or any other public forum. In turn, we will directly address the consumer’s concerns and post any findings and/or resolution not only on this website, but on our own website. Curiously, any concerned consumer should note that in conjunction with this fictitious “Ripoff Report,” Ultra Patios received a fictitious and/or fraudulent from another “anonymous” poster directing consumers to the “Ripoff Report.” This review was immediately removed by Google Plus as being suspicious. In short, the evidence indicates without doubt that Report # 1267814 posted on the Ripoff Report website is fraudulent in nature.
Again, we want to reiterate that the allegations against Ultra Patios have been concocted in a malicious attempt to attack the quality services and excellent customer service that we provide. If you, as an interested consumer, have any questions or doubts for yourself—you should never hesitate to contact us. Your calls and/or concerns will be promptly addressed, and you will be convinced that Ultra Patios is, as every other review and rating have indicated, one of the top contractors in Nevada when it comes to your patio needs.
