ULTRA SECURITY CAMERAS Incomplete and Incorrect Order Delivered Late Santa Ana California
An eight camera security system with DVR was ordered in December. The order was supposed to ship within 48 hours. I received an order five weeks later.
The order was shipped incomplete and incorrect.
I received six of the eight cameras and the DVR HD was 250 GB when it should have been 500 GB as ordered. In addition, the order was shipped with no packing list to identify what was shipped.
Several requests (by phone and email) have been made to correct the order and NO response has been offered.
