I will be breif and to the point with the FACTS of the matter.

I responded to a craigslist ad for a work-at-home advert with ULTRADISPUTE.COM and SALESPROLLC.COM

BRIAN LEE called me

Said there is no fee to work, said all leads are incoming, said "TYLER" made $18k in 33 days (unsubstantiated hype)

BRIAN LEE then went on to say there was a fee for ERROR & OMMISIONS INSURANCE of $160.88 for the entire year. I was suspect then cause ive never seen E&O so cheap.

He said I had to have it to work yet, if that were the case why (in hine-site) was I not given a link to purchase on my owm. He ONLY takes payments from sources such as cashapp and others that hace ZERO refund policy. Yes, I fell for it and was duped by BRIAN LEE..he is veru convincing on the phone.

After I made payment, not 1 thing he told me was happening. After 5 days of being ignored and scammed, I called him out via text to 561-523-6456  and 888-527-1118 his response is that he cant imagine what was going on. At that time I requested a refund since he is (at the very least ) Falsely advertising. He declined my sent refund request and then called me, cussing at me and saying it is my fault and that I was "fired".

He is obviously scamming honest job seekers and this is why he ONLY takes payments that cannot be dispute.

If you have or do come across this guy and if youve been taken by hime too, there is a formal complaint on file with an open investigation with the FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL and I suggest anyone effected by this scam repot it at once.

This is a new "company" and nothing can be found online as he is working hard to hide himself this scam.

He has threatened to sue me if I post this, however, it is the right thing to do and one cannot be sued for slander when it is the VERIFYABLE TRUTH!

Beware, Be vigilant and DO NOT let scammers like this get you as I have been "gotten"!

At the end of the day, the money has to be collected from somewhere, and more than likely his name is not Brian Lee, but,  he had to use his real name or someone else he knows in order to open a bank account to collect the money.

He and his female assistant have been running this scam for years online, they also were using websites they created such as  creditrepairalert.com, changemycreditscore.com, accountwarehouse.com, all of those sites are deactivated now, and there's even more.

They set these up, scam for awhile, deactivate them, lay low for a bit, then start all over again with a new domain, business name, and new virtual 800 numbers.

He's a fraud and Huckster, so be sure to report everything to the Attorney General and have them get with your bank to see who and or where the money was collected you sent them.

Don't worry, plenty of more people defrauded have been located, most people just take the loss and move on, but that's all changing now, these liar, fake Christian, thieves, are going down. (They use God references frequently in their pitch and responses to make you think they are honest people, oldest trick in the book)
