We are in complete agreement

We agree that not only should the terms and conditions be clear, but short and concise. We have only been in this business for a short while and change and improve all the time.

We have been working with the Consumer Protection Agency and we believe that it needs to be made clear what the consumer is involed in and what the terms are. It should be displayed from the beginning.

With new business start-up there are always hiccups. We are glad that this "hiccup" has been resolved and that our offers are clear. Not only are the terms and conditions on our site only a paragraph long, they are listed right next to the Credit Card information page so the consumer clearly knows what the offer is. Now, we have also included a negative option clause to further help the customer understand any offer our company might have. That advice came directly from the Consumer Protection Agency.

I go back to the original entry by Robert from Houston and re-itterate that he has not called to ask for assistance. We are more than willing to help you Robert. You simply need to call our toll free number 1-800-757-1279.

And Lisa, I personally agree with your last comment and want to make sure that you understand that we do not sell Lean Life PM, Hoodia 66, Hoodia Thin, Burn Fat 2, Hoodia for Free.

The above listed, and others, whom are our competitors, realize that they do not have anything better to do than file false "Rip-Off" reports about our company because we are working with the Consumer Protection Agency.

its about time Goverment agencys stop letting companies hide behind "terms and Conditions" and calling it legal. Its Fraud, plain and simple. Its a deceictful act of operation.

I hope Consumer Protection has contacted you and others companies like you, I feel it way past due.

The Consumers are not the ones in need of clarification as to what Free and/or Free trial is supposed to mean. And its about time Goverment agencys stop letting companies hide behind "terms and Conditions" and calling it legal. Its Fraud, plain and simple. Its a deceictful act of operation.

For Example Ricard: If you saw a tire store with a sign in the window stating Free Set of tire for the cost of them being installed for $200.00. you have them installed sign the receipt, next month on your bill theres a charge for $3000.00 because in tiny print on the receipt it says to go look at the terms and conditions in fine print on the window. would you call that fraud or false advertisement? Probably, and you know why?? First of all, free is free RIGHT? you have signed many CC receipts in the past with "honest companies" and this has never happened before why would you think to look now? think about it!!!

What does free mean to you? why would you have to be working closely with consumer protection to make consumers understand what free means?

If Robert is a competitor, good for him, he's probably doing buisness the honest way, unless of course, he's Jason Brailow!

We have checked our records for all "Robert's" in Houston who have purchased our product. You see, we keep a database of all customers, cancellations, notes, etc... right in our call center and that is available to all of our customer service representatives. We do not show any "Robert's" that have been charged multiple times.

Robert, if that is who you really are, please call our customer service line 1-800-757-1279 and one of our representatives will be more than happy to help you. Simply have the dates you were charged available and we will assist you from there.

And, no, there have not been 500+ complaints as stated with the Division of Consumer Protection. Yes, since the 1st quarter of 2005 we have had some complaints...but it is less than 25.

As a company we are working closely with the Consumer Protection Agency in order to help consumers clearly understand what the Terms and Conditions of a "Free" or "Free Trial" offer should be and how to make it clear to the consumer.

Once again, "Robert", please call our toll free number listed and we will be happy to help you. As a matter of fact, please ask directly for Kallie and I will give her instructions on how to help you.

We look forward to your call.
