My experience with this company is essentially the same as the experiences of others, as recounted in the reports in your website. Ultralife seems not to welcome contact from customers, once they have your credit card info, as they do not acknowledge letters sent to discontinue shipment of products.

They do not voluntarily supply a website link or email address, and attempts to contact by telephone have resulted in prohibitively lengthy periods on . I never did succeed in talking with a customer service person.

Shipments of UltraBurn continued after 2 letters had been sent, requesting discontinuance of shipments. The product was of questionable effectiveness.

In reviewing monthly credit card statements, I found that I had been charged for items for which I had never received a billing statement from Ultralife, and I have no idea what those items were, as I never received the merchandise.

I am reporting this to my credit card company, and informing them that any further payments to Ultralife are to be made.
