originally ordered "free sample". this has been the most expensive free sample on the planet. Without knowing what I was in for, ordered 30 day sample. Was charged S&H, but got another bottle in a month I didn't want. Sent it back in original pkg as REFUSED.

E-mailed company to please send no more product and please eliminate my name from their mailing list. Email says they'll contact you within 24 hrs. After 48 hrs with no response, called. Was told it clearly stated do not return product... like it was all my fault for being illiterate.

Then received CD on exercise and fitness. Threw it out. That was a charge of 24.00. Can't send it back, can't get it refunded to save your life...

These people are like robots to speak with. "I didn't read the terms and conditions"! Well, I sure didn't ask you to send me useless products I don't want and never ordered, either. There is no management to speak with, and what you got is a moron from another planet to speak with. BEWARE!!! MAJOR RIPOFF ARTISTS!!!!

"FREE" Sample terms and conditions

I too sent for "FREE" samples , did you fill out an extremely long survey in order to when a free item ? as I was filling out order form with billing info for S&H only I read the fine print on every single FREE or trial size sample I was mailing in for it states that if you do not cancel with in X amount of time they will charge your account for X amount of money each month after that,
What I did was as I was in each web page with the info and providing my info I took a notebook and for each trial or sample I listed the length of free trial , phone # , email address, and instructions on how to cancel,
since they provide this they can almost always get away with these charges, but just continue to fight and in the future just read read read, they are hoping that the form is so long and complicated that you are ready to just be done so you dont read the fine print, they count on this, so beat them at their own game and take down all info even on each trial size info you write down list the date you order and then in big letters figure out the date you need to cancel and list it also, that way you will have a easy reference guide and you wont get taken, you can then truly get FREE or SAMPLE size products from companies

have filed a complaint with the better business bureau; the company maintains I should have read terms and conditions. When free sample was sent for, opening page has testimonials to success, but did not see a click for terms and conditions...anyone else out there with the same problem?
