My name is Patti Padula...I never received the initial "trial size", because I do remember these when I recieve & gives me chance to cancell if I want. I received a $38.40 or so charge Sept 21 or so & our account was already having some problems. I called & they said I had been customer for awhile... I believe since August & therefore couldn't cancell or receive refund, even if I was not benefiting from product. Even if I sent product back I would "not" receive any $$$$ back or refund. I asked them to cancell... the gentleman said he did & then hung up & was pretty "RUDE" about it. I then thought the next day to make sure he had cancelled, like he said, the women "Carmen" was somewhat helpful & polite & assured me he had & also made sure the Ultra Fitness was cancelled as well. Then 2 days later I see a pending Debit from my account for $ 24.00. I try the 800# and they say are closed even though it is barely 2pm in CA, & I don't think there is very much time difference. I then call my bank & explain I had cancelled the program & didn't authorize any shipments, since it is pending they say they cannot do much, so I get supervisor who tells me to "cancell card". I did not need the extra charges along with the overdraft bank charges & I wonder how a company like this stays in business. I will try to contact Mr.Johns as I hear he is really very helpfull & faiir. Drowning in DEBT... Sincerely Patti
