Complaint Review: UMaestro

I ordered an interesting mechanical watch from UMaestro.

I received a digital watch in the mail.

I reached out to them via e-mail.  They initially asked me to return the unwanted digital watch to their location in China.  I countered with the following:

(1) Ship me the watch that I paid for; and

(2) Send me a prepaid shipping label so that I can return the unwanted digital watch. (I am not going to cover the cost of return shipping for something that is the merchant's error.)

UMaestro has been trying to convince me to keep the digital watch which I didn't order and don't want.

They have ignored my requests (shown as #1 and #2 above), and have shown no indication that they intend to send me the watch that I paid for.

This is obviously a scam operation.  Stay away!!
