UMG Autohotline ripoff, fraudulent charges to credit card Internet

UMG charges appeared on my credit card without my permission. I had two charges of 19.95 each. One listed as UMG AUTOHOTLINE 4 HELP and one listed as UMG RX SAVINGS 4 HELP.
Called and they offered to refund, never did, and monthly charges showed up the next month.

At the same time I also had two charges from AP9 SHOPPINGESSENTIALS and AP9 PASSPORTOFFUN. These charges were for 14.95 each. I assume they are related.
