in June early of 2009 I noticed a charge of $14.95 on my card to a UMG Buy Edge. I immediately called the phone number attached to the charge and asked them exactly what their product is and how they got my name. They said I "ordered" a subscription to their discount service. I told them I most certainly had not and that if there were a service provided or mailed I never received it. The agreed to cancel my "subscription" and refund my money, even giving me a cancelation confirmation number. When the refund didn't happen, I called my bank to dispute the charges. The bank looked into it and they started charging me 3/13/09, a second charge on 4/14/09, a third charge on 5/12/09 and the final one I caught on 6/11/09. This is a total of $59.80 they have taken from me and never provided any service. When the first charge would have been "ordered" I was on vacation an no where near a computer.

What frustrates me the most is when I called them up to ask what in the world they were charging me for, even they couldn't tell me. I am of course concerned that my information was sold to them and have requested a new card from my bank.
