Contact Number for UMG is 1-800-653-6433. I ordered acai berry and colon cleanse on internet. A phone call confirming my order was placed to me shortly afterward. I was offered a "free trial" of a membership and agreed to try free of charge. Next day MULTIPLE $1.00 charges began coming out of my account and I could not stop this through my bank, even after cancelling my debit card. I was able to contact company and they assured me this would stop but hasn't yet. I will probably need to close my checking acct I've had for 23 years and open new one. I was assured by UMG employee I would be credited for any monies they took. We'll see.
