I started ordering from Umshitza back in December of 2004. My first order took nearly 45 days to arrive after paying for 2nd day air shipping in which I was told would be refunded. Never happened and after bugging Matt for WEEKS, I finally left it alone, and decided to accept the bad service.

Second time I ordered, Matt sent me the wrong item. He sent e46 tailights when I ordered E36 HIDs. I contacted him immediately about this problem and he said he'd send out the right parts but wanted me to pay for shipping back on the taillights. What? What kind of customer service is this when they made the error? I refused and EVENTUALLY he gave in and paid for the return shipping.

Third time I ordered from him was just the Halo rings. Having done this install a number of times, everything went fine. The angel eyes worked great for 3 weeks and then suddenly ONE ring failed. Contacted Matt and he said I again installed them incorrectly. After fighting with him about this for a week and posting up a thread on bfc (which got deleted by that jerk, HABBIE, in Florida) he finally sent me out a new set of angel eyes.

My friend ordered from Habbie aka umnitza aka bavtoys. It was a set of Depo lights and HIDs. From day one, the HIDs had problems. His e-mails and PMs to Habbie when unanswered. When I finally asked Habbie about this in a thread of bfc, it turned nasty with Habbie saying I didn't install them right. I ended up getting banned after being a member WELL before Umshitza and bavtoys came into existence.

i have bought from this company on a number of occasions and have no complaints what so ever, i suspect the fellow above is a bit sore about getting rediculed and booted off a number of forums.
the products are top notch and the service has always been excellent, some customers are just plain stupid and the fellow above is the poster child...
