Unchained Capital Will NOT Give Us Our Money! Austin, Texas

My friend and business partner has had an account with Unchained Capital for years. As of the beginning of January, 2024, he has tried to get HIS money from them. At first, he was working with a man named Randy. After several weeks, Randy finally wired some money in the account to my friend. The wire showed "pending" and would not get credited to his bank account for another several weeks. Later, we find out that my friend's identity was flagged at the Federal Reserve because two years earlier, someone had stolen his identity. This was cleared up a few years ago, but the flag at the Federal Reserve was not taken off. In the meantime, I was added to the account, so we could have Unchained wire me the money. Once my name was added to the account, Randy failed to provide this information to the wire department, showing I was authorized to receive money too. It took a few weeks and we involved Randy's manager, Gary Jefferies. Gary apologized, told my friend he would ensure we get the wire, and this was two weeks ago. Gary will NOT answer his phone and my friend has been on the phone with the wire department every day for the last 3 days trying to get them them to send the wire that shows it's there, it just hasn't been sent!!!! My friend is out of a job, and we have other personal items that need to be taken care of for many months. This money is our money, and it needs to be given to us and this company will NOT get it to us and has the worst customer service I have ever seen - or ranks very high on my list of the worst! I DO NOT recommend that anyone use this company to manage your bitcoin/cryto currency, or any other financial accounts, PERIOD!!! It is now 6 months later and still NO money.
