Complaint Review: Unclaimed diamonds

 This company sells diamonds that they grossly appraise and is a fraud. I purchased a engagement ring for about 3k, they appraised it for double as expected. As I should have not waited to get it appraised a month later when I had a friend appraiser in the business look at it was appraised for 250$ because it had what you called a ribbon fault in the stone. I then went to two other businesses for second opinions and was told that it's only worth 250$ and one business would not even consider purchasing it for resale. I contacted the company and was told to resell as retail using their appraisal on Craig's list and they only honor appraisals made by gemologist not in the sales business. So basically , they do not honor their own diamonds or their own appraisals and constitutes as a fraud. This company is a fraud, do not purchase diamonds, the only guarantee is u will grossly over pay for faulty diamonds and thus ripped off !
