Complaint Review: UnClaimed Frieght

I purchased a futon from them , delivery charges was $75/- . 3 times they confirmed that delivery is $75/- .  When they came in they were just leaving the box, I told them to put it together they said there is extra charge for it. $80/- Never this has happened from a furniture store to charge extra for assembly The sales recepit clearly states they the delivery company will assemble furniture (living room sofas ,love seats, recliners, chairs) for you , as a curtesy . None dollar amount was mentioned for assembly that was just a curtesy. As I said usually furniture stores assemble and even if it was not the case ,they should have explained it when i was pruchasing it.

What ever the delivery people want they will ask ,  so they said $80/- for assembly ... I said I will call unclaimed Frieght , so they quickly said Ok we will do it... and started assembly. Now when the job ended and I paid them delivery charge and signed the receipt , they said give us $60/-  and started screaming, one person slaped his head saying he is not fool. went in fury outside to get the other guy in , now I and my old mom were alone at home at that time , 2 men were standing in my living room screaming at me.  I got really scared and gave them $60/-. They did not give me any receipt. Very rude and scary delivery crew. Their manager at unclaimed frieght was rude , he explained that the contract terms don't say they will assemble futon... But again they should have told me this expense earlier and then it should have been my choice...
