Complaint Review: Uncle Chuck's Sports Bar and Grill

Uncle Chuck's Sports Bar and Grill is a Sports Bar owned by Mike szu aka Michael szu and he is a corrupt executive chef located in new york city and works at a seasonal restaurant at a stadium. He does not care about his employees.

Mike szu aka Michael szu only cares for his businesses instead. If you learn slowly he doesn't even want to accommodate like is is supposed to, he may tell at you. Mike szu aka Michael szu doesn't distribute hours fairly. There's some favoritism involved.

He may find ways to get you removed from work even if it means youre in your own harm's way. In his resume or when you interview him it may say he turns a chef with no experience into a leader. Mike szu aka Michael szu doesn't even practice what he preaches.

By the time I was catching up he starts taking away hours. New employees dissapear. He may even interpret what to say to assume you quit. Very unprofessional, and doesn't even confirm with me on my decisions.

I wouldn't recommend working with him. Please no rebuttals commenting on how I could have done things, how can you assume things would work out your way? Would be foolish to respond with comments like that.
