My car was overheating the first day so I returned it.Two months later and on June 25 which was a Saturday my car would no longer run or start. My car became disabled I had to wait until Monday to report my car disabled. Uncle Mike did not want to honor the warranty but wanted to argue with me til the owner gave up and gave me the number for the tow company. My car was towed on Monday to Uncle Mike's auto mall where the owner confirmed that my car was delievered. mon and tuesday they kept calling me for my keys to the car. Tuesday I brought my keys up there after hours and left it in the door of the company. I called them wednsday morning and all they could do was ask me if I took my car.My car and my keys are stolen. My car was stolen off their lot and now they want me to pay for it, how do a 2000 Chevy Malibu which is disabled get stolen off of a lot when there are alot of other cars on the lot.My car was under a 90 day warranty and now I am still without a car and they want my insurance company to pay for the car when it was stolen off of their property all of a sudden, alot of the facts don't add up.The deal the owner came up with was to let my insurance pay for it and for me to come up with $300.00 and they can put me in another car. I am not allowing the insurance company to pay for the car when they did not want to fix the car and now the car is stolen. I believe they have something to do with it.How do keys disappear when they were not with the car which was stolen from them.
