I USED to love Uncle Vito's pizza because they had great food and were open late. Unfortunately a series of Horrible service and bad food would follow, eventually forcing me to boycott them forever.

The first incident was when I had pizza delivered to my house by two pot head , idiot delivery drivers who served me a chicken marsala pizza that looked like they had played Frisbee with it for hours. The second incident was an incorrect charge to my debit card after three attempts by a male employee to capture my card number over the phone to process payment for my meal, which ultimately ended in a store credit. The third incident was with a female employee, Mercy, who should not even answer a pay phone, because she is so void of common sense.

I place my order for a grilled chicken pizza, chicken on the side, dressing on the side, garlic bread, and a veggie roll,  four times with Mercy, and advised her of the previous store credit, due to an overcharge. Already knowing from previous experiences the delivery service is Extremely slow, I advised Mercy I would physically pick up my food. I arrive at the location over 35 minutes after to retrieve my order, which is still not ready. I ask Mercy about the credit and she looks at me like I'm a lunatic. My co-worker and I ask her about the delivery area and she advises she had no idea.

I leave out with my order, after 50 minutes of waiting, because my lunch break is now officially shot to sh*t, only to discover my veggie roll is scorched, and my salad (with greasy, microwaved chicken all over it) looks as if its been discarded from a food bank. My angry co-worker (proud new owner of the chicken salad) calls the location and talks to dumb a** Mercy who advises as usual,no manager is available. Mercy then exercises enough logic to put another idiot employee on the phone who won't tell us his name or hers. We call back and say hello, what is your name?, and she not only tells us, but spells it out like we are the ones void of brain cells.

I wait two weeks because I truly attempt to support local businesses and order a large buffalo chicken pizza with my co worker.

The food arrives, the driver leaves, and we open the box. The pizza is very reminiscent of a Saturday Morning hangover, and literally looks like someone puked toppings all over it. The bottom is severely burned (blackened) and it smells like death. Horrified by the morbid bile that is the pizza, we call back only to speak to forest gumps rejected sister Mercy again.

She tells us she will send yet another pizza. Trying to be reasonable, we stupidly accept.....and wait....and wait....and wait. Its now been over two hours and low and behold another pizza arrives. Someone fooled us great this time by making the top of the pizza pretty. To bad the bottom was still severely burned and the raw, shredded cheese reminded me of maggots.

I will call tomorrow and attempt to speak with a manager (if one even exists) and continually voice my displeasure with the Uncle Vitos until justice is rendered. No matter how hungry, high, or destitute you may ever be DO NOT EAT UNCLE VITOS..It may be the last expensive,  burned,  meal you ever enjoy. PS (((competitor's name redacted))) just got another customer. They are less expensive, taste better, actually have managers on duty, and don't serve you pig trough bullsh*t.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
