This organization is based around one individual owner, whose previous business enterprises are a sham as well., and former web development firm is currently being sued. Website cost is through the roof, and it turns out the team of "Designers" and "Developers" are overseas found on craigslist and then marked up. If there is a local representative do not believe the hype - these are not employees but a string of people the owner goes through using their services and then burning them by not paying so you will meet with many many people in an attempt to get anywhere. Do not give the owner access to your account - monthly fees are inflated, and charges will begin immediately - before your site is up! You will pay a deposit and that is what this company is using to pay designers and developers so if they do it incorrectly or you don't like the design then they will ask for more money to make changes as the development and design money has already been spent and you have nothing. Preys on those who are not experienced with technology not knowing what to do, took thousands off of me and my organization was left with diminished SEO presence and no website to speak of. DO not allow owner to sell you computers or work on your hardware. Stole company and personal information from me, and sold some of my hardware he said he would fix, then telling me it was "stolen". Laptops he sells you can get yourself at a second hand computer store or online cheaper. He is creating a middle man at a high mark up, and then when things fall apart you will not be able to reach office, cell phone, or have a hope of tracking him down. Save your money - a college student can do a better job for $100.
