Unicel ripoff fraudulent billing St. Albans Vermont

I ordered a phone from Unicel for my husband. I had already had a phone myself and they told me that if I got a plan for him it would be 1000 min. and 20 dollars a month. Well my husband never went over those minutes and we were charged for every minute he used his phone.

I refused to pay them stating that I would like them to look over our agreement. They told me that they were unable to help and they shut both of the phones off. Due to that I sustained a 200 dollar shut off fee, 450 dollars worth of phone bills, and a 150 dollar charge for a company to collect the money!

I really would like to know what I could do about this. I am a stay at home mom, and I have 2 kids and 2 foster kids. I can't afford daycare to go to work. They like to rip-off people that are honest and are just trying to make it by. Thank you. Sincerely,
